THE SEACLOR RANGE

The complete range of electrochlorination systems from the De Nora Group cover :-

SEACLOR MACŽ - 100

Designed for small capacities. It's operational simplicity allows its use even in rural areas. It consists of a single tank which enables production of sodium hypochlorite solution to a concentration of 8 gms./litre in a batch of 8 hours duration. Optional dosing accessories are provided on request, for direct chlorination in pressurised line.

It is supplied in two packages:

- Generator Unit
- DC Power Supply Unit

SEACLOR MACŽ - 500, 1000 and 2000

These models are suitable for meeting moderate requirements of chlorination. They are useful for heavy duty round the clock operation. They are provided with adequate capacity brine storage tank to avoid frequent refilling. The MACŽ - 500 Model also incorporates an inbuilt hypochlorite storage tank to facilitate intermittant chlorination and a metering-cum-dosing pump to control & vary the dosing concentrations. In MACŽ - 1000 and MACŽ - 2000 Models these accessories are provided on request. Both these Models are supplied in two packages as Generator Unit & DC Power Supply Unit.

SEACLORŽ range (using sea water) ………. Standard capacities 1 to 100 kgs per hour of chlorine and custom-made systems can be supplied for unit capacities up to 480 kgs/hr.

SEACLOR MACŽ range (using salt solutions) ……..standard capacities up to 2000 gms/hr. (2 kgs/hr.) of chlorine.

Capacities outside the standard range are custom designed. The SEACLOR MACŽ custom built product can be supplied upto 18 kgs/hr. of available chlorine generation capacity.

Irrespective of the capacity and application, all SEACLORŽ and SEACLOR MACŽ systems are equipped with the technologically advanced electrodes (DSAŽ - Dimensionally Stable Anodes) which are the worlds most renowned anodes for caustic, chlorine and related processes. The DSAŽ Anodes form the heart of the entire system and control the efficiency of the process.
