Mercury Process accounts for 43% of the Installed Capacity and Titanor Components controls 75% share of the Titanium Metal Anodes Business in this sector. The status of De Nora as a world leader in the Chlor-alkali sector is maintained also in India by Titanor Components Limited, with best overall performance In terms of power consumption and Anode electrocatalytic coating life. For the Mercury process RUNNER® anodes, the most advanced type of permanent anodes and custom-tailored DENORA® Energy Saving Packages (ESP) have resulted in a very low specific power consumption, typically at 8 KA/Sq.m. less than 2,600 DC Kwh/MT NaOH corresponding to a 'K' factor value of 0.07.
